Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Conditions
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting the day after you receive your order.
You may open the packaging and test the product only to the extent necessary to assess it. Packaging must remain as intact as possible. If packaging is damaged unnecessarily or cannot be resealed properly, we may charge packaging or handling costs.
Impeccable Condition

If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reduce the refund or reject the return, depending on severity.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless the return falls under warranty.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Liability
Return shipments are sent at the buyer’s own risk.
MagMore International Ltd. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and, for valuable shipments, adding insurance. Please ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Procedure

2. Request a Return
Log in to your customer account via the account icon (desktop) or menu → Login (mobile).
After entering your email address, you will receive a one-time login code.
In your order overview:

Select the order

Choose the reason for return

Select the item(s) (if applicable)

Submit the request
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted.
3. Approval
Once your return request is approved, you will be notified by email.
4. Send the Return

⚠️ Important:
Always clearly write the order number on the package or include the picking list inside. Returns without identifiable order details cannot be processed.
Returns must be sent at your own cost and risk.
5. Processing
After receipt, returns may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
If your return complies with our policy, a refund will be issued.
If not, we may reduce the refundable amount or reject the return and contact you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Damage to easily opened packaging may result in a deduction
The cooling-off period starts the day after delivery.
Warranty
MagMore products come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or intensive use
